We provide FREE standard shipping on all clothing: this excludes the entire Front Porch collection as well as all accessories.
All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days. After processing, your order will take approximately 3-4 business days for standard shipping. Standard shipping DOES NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Keep in mind, standard shipping providers do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. If you would like to expedite your order, you will need to upgrade your shipping option at checkout.
Unfortunately, orders will not be cancelled after they are placed. If there is a problem with your order, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to help you!
What if I need my order ASAP?
No worries! Upgrade shipping to paid options available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders with Upgraded Shipping are processed within the same day the order is placed and are expected to arrive within the business days specified when choosing the upgraded option at checkout.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know the status of your order. You will also receive an email with information when your order has been shipped.
What happens if my item is lost or damaged in transit?
We are NOT responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and YOU, our customer. We highly recommend upgrading your shipping option at checkout if you would like to ensure the most proper shipping method.
